These are the images of the capture of the “boss” of call centers Granit Pepnika in Dhërmi, during a Vlora Police operation, where officers dressed in beachwear intervened to arrest him.
The operation took place in the Drimadhë area, where three citizens were arrested: Granit Pepnika, 29 years old, Xhoni Hitaj, 31 years old, and Redion Rexhmati, 28 years old.

The operation was carried out by the Vlora Local Police Directorate, with the support of the General Directorate of the State Police, after pursuing criminal activity with proactive methods.
Two highly sought-after citizens, wanted for computer fraud, suspected of obtaining large sums of money through call center schemes, were arrested in Drimadhë.
A citizen is also arrested for supporting the perpetrator of the crime.
During a search of the villa where they were staying, a firearm and a quantity of narcotics, suspected to be cannabis sativa, were seized.
As a result of proactively pursuing criminal activity, the services of the Vlora Local Police Directorate, with the support of the General Directorate of the State Police, organized and finalized the police operation codenamed “Networks”.
As part of this operation, at noon today, in the Drimadhë area, citizens GP, 29 years old, and Xh. H., 31 years old, who were declared wanted, were arrested.
Citizen GP, 29 years old, was wanted after, by decision dated 30.04.2026, the Tirana Court had assigned him the security measure “Arrest in prison”, as a suspect for the criminal offense of “Computer fraud”.
Citizen Xh. H., 31 years old, was wanted after, by decision dated 13.04.2026, the Court of Tirana had assigned him the security measure “Arrest in prison”, as a suspect for the criminal offense of “Computer fraud”.
During the search of the villa where they were staying, the Police found and seized a firearm, a pistol, as well as a quantity of narcotics, suspected to be cannabis sativa.
At the moment of the arrest of these citizens, citizen RR, 28 years old, resident of Tirana, was caught and arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense of “Supporting the perpetrator of a crime”.
“The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action,” the police announced.
