The Supreme Court does not accept Belinda Balluku’s appeal, the suspension from office remains in force

The Supreme Court does not accept the appeal, Belinda Balluku’s suspension from office remains in effect.

The appeal was filed by the lawyers of former Deputy Prime Minister Balluku, who considered the measure imposed by the GJKKO at the request of SPAK since the beginning of this year to be illegal.

Balluku is under indictment by SPAK for the Llogara tunnel, 11 other tender procedures and most recently for money laundering and concealment of assets in connection with a villa in Dhërmi, which is suspected to be owned by her, but hidden under other names.
