Our country is under the “power” of extremely high temperatures, thus bringing the risk of fires. And while the whole world is facing a hot summer, the Institute of Geosciences has recently announced that tomorrow we will have another increase in temperatures.
The areas most at risk from fires will be: Shkodër, Kukës, Dibër, Lezhë, Durrës, Tirana, Elbasan, Fier, Berat, Korçë, Vlorë and Gjirokastër.
Maximum temperatures are expected to reach up to 34°C in coastal areas, up to 37°C in low-lying areas, and up to 33°C in mountainous areas.

Announcement:
Tomorrow (Wednesday, 05) a “HIGH” risk level is expected in the regions of Lezhë, Durrës, Tirana, Elbasan, Fier, Berat, Korçë, Vlorë and Gjirokastër, while a “MODELAR” risk level is expected in the regions of Shkodër, Kukës and Dibër.
In some regions, “HIGH” risk is expected only in localized areas, specifically: Shkodër region (West), Kukës region (North-East) and Dibër region (West).
The risk is expected to be higher tomorrow.

No precipitation is expected this afternoon (Tuesday, April 4) and tomorrow (Wednesday, May 5).

Tomorrow (Wednesday, 05) minimum and maximum air temperatures are expected to reach:
on the coast: 23 / 34 °C
in lowlands: 21 / 37 °C
in mountainous areas: 16 / 33 °C
