The famous “employment expert”, Kumrie Zika, does not “get away” from exchanges. Just two weeks after the court released her with the security measure “compulsory appearance”, she is back at the center of a new scandal. This time, Kumrie Zika’s “target” was not Tirana, but Vlora after she stole about 5 thousand euros from an exchange in the “Pavarësia” neighborhood, the same amount she stole from the currency exchange in Tirana. According to a video published by JOQ, she seems to calmly open the cash drawer, take the money and, with the excuse that she is going to talk on her cell phone, leave the business never to return.
According to the owner, she had contacted only two days ago looking for work. Yesterday morning she showed up at the office and started working. After about 15 minutes, when the employee came out to make a card payment, Zika opened the cash register and stole 5 thousand euros. The business owners have filed a police report. We recall that on July 15, a currency exchange and money transfer point in the “Varrit i Bami” area fell prey to Zika’s scheme.
Since the business was looking for an employee, its managers had recruited the woman in question. Zika was accompanied by another employee the entire time, but in a brief moment, when he was distracted for a few seconds, she committed the theft. She took about 5 thousand euros from the business’s cash register and then fled into the neighborhood’s alleys.
According to preliminary data, this is the fourth theft attributed to Zika in a short period of time. However, her escape lasted only a few minutes, after the damaged business notified the police. The officers managed to immediately identify Zika and then arrested her in the “21 Dhjetorit” area. It is also reported that Kumrie Zika turns out to be a well-known public figure, having previously appeared on various television channels as an “employment expert” and opinion leader on issues related to employee rights and the labor market.
