In a post on social media, the Media and Information Agency advises citizens to avoid going out at rush hour, drink as much water as possible, stay in cool environments, etc.
It is also emphasized that more care should be taken for children and the elderly. Care should also be taken for animals.
To better cope with the heat:
Drink water often, even if you don’t feel thirsty.
Avoid sun exposure and physical activity during the hottest hours.
Dress lightly, in loose-fitting clothes and light colors.

Meanwhile, all citizens who have concerns about the heat should consult their family doctor.
“If you feel weak, dizzy, confused, or have other symptoms from the heat, seek medical help. Today, more than any other day, let’s take care of ourselves and each other,” the announcement says.
