A serious accident occurred this morning in Durrës, resulting in the death of a 66-year-old passerby, identified as Fezi Dine.
The taxi driver, Aldi Talelli, 26, has been arrested by police.
He has regular documentation for driving a taxi (taxi license). He has been driving for 8 years. According to the test performed, he was not under the influence of alcohol.
He is currently being questioned by a judicial police officer. In his first communications, the 26-year-old taxi driver stated that “his vehicle has disappeared.”
