A tragic event was recorded this Wednesday evening in the village of Llukar, Pristina, where Laurent Krasniqi, known to the public as an influencer, content creator on social networks and former resident of “Big Brother VIP Kosovo”, lost his life.
According to reports so far, Krasniqi was traveling on a motorcycle when he was involved in a traffic accident. Klan Kosova initially reported the news of his death, while Kosovar media reported that the accident involved a motorcycle and a vehicle.
Indeksonline reports that his death has also been confirmed by the director of the UCCK Emergency Clinic, Naser Syla. The exact circumstances of how the collision occurred have yet to be clarified by the authorities.
Laurent Krasniqi was a well-known name, especially among young audiences in Kosovo, thanks to his activity on TikTok and other social platforms, where he published humorous content and various collaborations. He had created a significant community of followers and was also active in the field of advertising and marketing on social networks.
Krasniqi himself had previously told Klan Kosova that, together with Fitim Sylejmani, he continued to work with advertising and marketing on TikTok even after the end of his experience on the reality show.
His popularity increased significantly after participating in the third edition of “Big Brother VIP Kosovo”, where he entered the format together with his friend, Fitim Sylejmani. The duo was introduced as a joint competitor, drawing attention for the relationship between them and the character they showed during their stay in the most famous house in Kosovo.
Even after leaving “Big Brother VIP Kosova”, Laurent Krasniqi continued to be present on television and social networks. Just months ago, he appeared on Klan Kosova’s shows commenting on the developments of the new edition of BBVK.
Krasniqi was also known as a content creator, photographer, and entrepreneur. His online activity and humorous videos had made him a well-known figure in the Kosovo digital space, especially on TikTok.
The news of his death came unexpectedly this evening, while initial reports spoke of a serious accident in Llukar. Another media report identifies the victim as a 29-year-old.
Authorities are expected to provide more details on the dynamics of the accident, while so far not all the circumstances that led to the fatal collision have been made public.
The death of Laurent Krasniqi marks the untimely loss of one of the well-known social media and television personalities in Kosovo, who only a short time ago was continuing his public and professional activity.
