The salaries of the employees of the Municipality of Tirana have been blocked due to the powers that Erion Veliaj removed from Anuela Ristani as the acting mayor. Veliaj has chosen to hold Tirana hostage by keeping the powers himself. Erion Veliaj knows very well that in order for the employees of the Municipality to receive their salaries, an electronic signature is required in the treasury.
