Tirana Police have referred procedural materials to the Prosecutor’s Office for Agron Tara, Igli Tara’s brother, after he threatened journalist Almer Toska, following several denunciations he made to News24 regarding Belinda Balluku’s thefts.

According to the report made by Almer Toska, after leaving the studio, where he had spoken about Igli Tare, his brother, Agron Tare, had contacted him by phone.
In his complaint, the journalist claims that Agron Tare had also sent him messages with offensive content and asked him to meet.
In connection with the case, the police have accompanied Agron Taren, who according to the statement had contacted the journalist to ask for clarification regarding the statements he made on television.
What do the messages contain?
According to messages released by journalist Almer Toska himself, he has been contacted by a number that asks him to meet. In some cases, it appears that the person, who he claims to be Agron Tare, has addressed him with threatening and insulting words: “You are a gangster, you male whore! Where are you that I will show you.”

The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 2 referred the procedural materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen Agron Tare, 51 years old, resident of Tirana.
The proceedings began after a complaint filed by citizen Almer Toska, 37 years old, a journalist by profession, who reported that, after leaving a television studio, where he had made statements regarding citizen Igli Tare and his brother, citizen Agron Tare, the latter had contacted him on the phone and sent him a message, insulting him and asking them to meet.
In connection with the report, citizen Agron Tare was accompanied, who stated that he had contacted the complainant to request clarification regarding the statements made by him.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further action.
