Police have arrested the driver of the vehicle that caused the serious accident on the Librazhd-Prrenjas road, where a pedestrian lost his life.
According to the police, at around 19:45, a vehicle driven by citizen Xh. O., 38 years old, hit a 67-year-old woman, who died at the scene as a result of her injuries. The driver of the vehicle was arrested in flagrante delicto by Road Traffic specialists, and is charged with “Violation of road traffic rules resulting in death.”
The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office for further investigations and a full clarification of the circumstances of the incident.

At around 19:45, on the “Librazhd-Prrenjas” road axis, the vehicle driven by the 38-year-old hit the pedestrian, citizen HB, around 67 years old.
As a result of the accident, citizen HB lost her life.
The procedural materials will be referred to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
