Gunfight in Mamurras/ “The convict tried to suppress the police”, the journalist brings details of the injury

Journalist Eni Ferhati, in a television show, brought more details regarding the incident that occurred today on the Mamurras-Laç axis, where two people were neutralized in a police operation, one of whom was declared internationally wanted and sentenced by the Court of Trento in Italy to 7 years in prison for attempted murder.

According to the journalist, this operation was a routine operation to capture the wanted perpetrators. Meanwhile, the journalist emphasized that at the moment of arrest, the two young men attempted to hit the officers of the Special Operations Force Directorate with a vehicle.

“It was a routine operation by specialists from the Special Operations Force Directorate of the General Directorate, an operation that has been ongoing for a long time to arrest persons who have long been wanted by foreign authorities.”

The incident occurred at noon. The vehicle in which 23-year-old Leonard Dema was traveling has been identified, who is identified as a person wanted by Italian justice and was blocked during the operation on the Mamurras-Laç axis.

Another person was identified inside the vehicle, who intervened against the operational forces agents. There was resistance. Initially, an attempt was made to force the police officers, who were reportedly in uniform, to collide with the vehicle.

Meanwhile, the boy who was a passenger, the son of former Democratic MP Amadeo Fufi, pulled out a firearm and at that moment there was an immediate police reaction, leaving the person who was wanted for arrest by the Italian authorities injured.

It is an event that requires investigation and the Supervisory Agency is investigating the case to see if standard procedures were followed by the police.

“The 23-year-old is in the Trauma Hospital out of danger, while the former MP’s son has also been arrested for illegal possession of a weapon,” the journalist said.
