Monika Kryemadhi has continued to challenge the evidence presented by SPAK in the case against her and her ex-husband Ilir Meta. While claiming that the evidence against them was obtained illegally, undermining their validity, Kryemadhi states that the messages found on the phone with Đengjëll Zeqo were taken out of context and do not mean what the prosecution claims.
Discussions in the courtroom: Kryemadhi: We left it on page 46 of the indictment. I am forced to do a scientific analysis, where the prosecution makes different interpretations. From the communication, only this sentence results: “It was signed and distributed to all ministers.”
Shatku says: “Congratulations.” According to the prosecution, this SMS that was distributed to all ministers is called evidence. But this was not approved, then the indictment should not exist. This debate was not about favoring Unifi, as the prosecution claims, but about competencies. The April 11 message does not contain a political order.
On the contrary, the prosecution has only detached a part. It is completely taken out of context. On June 19, Shatku sends an SMS: “Have you spoken to Đengjëlli?” Shatku asks a question. Was there a response from me? That there are several Đengjëlli on my phone.
Has the prosecution conducted an investigation into who Đengjëlli is and has Kryemadhi spoken to him?
The indictment alleges that later Đengjëll Zeqo filed a report. The indictment further refers to communications between Shatku and Darien Faber.
Kryemadhi: Everyone says: “If only we had a magic wand,” but in fact, some others had the magic wand. The documents support the thesis that Ardian Shatku himself monitored communication with investors.
