The son and daughter-in-law set a trap, “stripped” the 26-room hotel

The Pejvani family from Saranda, with their life savings, started and built a four-room building for tourism. Of course, at that time finding tourists was difficult and the tourism sector had not yet been strengthened.

Miljana was helped by her parents to raise the children, while she devoted her time to building and strengthening this joint family activity. It started with four rooms, and today it has been transformed into a substantial hotel with 6 floors and 26 rooms.

But what has happened in all these years, that this Sunday, July 5, the daughter of the family, Miljana, is in a very difficult confrontation with her mother, Evjenija?!

After a few years, Miljana left for Great Britain and returned during the summer to help the family during the tourist season, but with the hope that she would also be given something from this wealth. Her father, Vangjeli, had promised her that she would be given 9 rooms.

The 26 rooms would be divided into 3 parts and Miljana would take 9 rooms. Not only did this not happen today, but there have been several procedures until the day we are today.

A loan was taken out in 2021 for a significant amount of 65 thousand euros to expand the business, and Miljana herself had to contribute around 80 thousand pounds.

The loan was initially repaid by the head of the family, but one day, as he went to pay the installment, he was told that the remaining part of the loan, 25 thousand euros, had been repaid. The son of the family, Dritani, had taken out a second loan to repay the balance of the first loan. But at the moment the second loan was taken out, a notarial declaration was produced at the bank, in which Dritani received all the assets.

Eni Çobani: Mr. Vangjel, you have been stripped of your assets today. The bank has transferred ownership of the assets to Dritan Pejvani.

Evjeni: The bride made them together with her sister, with the director, my son and that notary. We don’t know anything.

Vangjeli: I have not been and am not stupid enough to give my son a 6-story, 26-room hotel.

Evjeni: I haven’t done anything! But you haven’t done anything with your daughter-in-law and son. If you have done anything, make room for your head.
