Albanian businessman from Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, has made a shocking statement as he published the full decision taken by the Supreme Court of Albania, a few days ago, which granted his company the right to manage Vlora Airport.
The decision, which you can read in full at the end of this article from newsbomb.al, according to the businessman, is published for all those who trusted him and others who, as Pacolli says, have poisoned public opinion and blocked work at the airport.
“The Supreme Court’s conclusions describe in detail the legal horror that has been inflicted on me, my family and my company for more than a year. The emotional suffering that my family and I have experienced has been so great that it is difficult to describe in words.
“We have gone through phases of constant insults, curses, humiliations and denigration. We have been threatened and expelled from VIA meetings, even in the presence of MIE representatives. We have been threatened with our lives, we have been banned from work and we have been expelled from the workshop,” writes Behgjet Pacolli.

This statement is very serious and, moreover, according to the claims of the Albanian billionaire from Kosovo, it occurred in the eyes of Albanian institutions and law enforcement authorities, which have not reacted.
“They have cut off our electricity and internet, embezzled millions from VIA’s accounts, blocked the road and entrance to the factory, and blocked the terminal, which was ready to be put into operation. Furthermore, they have stolen and destroyed the inventory, while the terminal has remained blocked for almost two months.”
All this is organized by Valon Ademi who acts and judges himself, orders the police and decides himself how it should happen, as if he were the king. He himself decides the administration and dictates how to act. and his “administrator”, sometimes Vegim Hoxha and sometimes Bujar Ejupi, implement it”, accuses Behgjet Pacolli.
The businessman who built the Vlora Airport says that the complaints of the Mabco company and him personally have remained unanswered in state offices and all the doors of institutions have been closed to them, so he says the only hope is SPAK.
“Our last hope remains SPAK. We expect and believe that it will conduct a full, impartial and in-depth investigation, because this is not only our expectation, but a legal and moral obligation that this institution has towards citizens and justice,” the reaction continues.
Behgjet Pacolli is reported to have filed a criminal complaint with the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) for all of his allegations.
