The court hearing at the GJKKO against Shkodra Mayor Benet Beci began this Monday.
As journalist Anila Hoxha reports, Beci is not present, he is represented by lawyer Ervin Metalla.
Only two defendants, Premtim Dauti and Rudin Gjoni, are present at the hearing.
Following the prosecution’s request, due to the defendants’ lack of defense, the court postponed the session. The court warned against any unjustified absences.
The next session is postponed to July 2, 3:00 p.m.
