The foreign exchange market in the country starts this Monday with a set exchange rate for the main currencies, while the euro and the dollar remain among the most followed currencies by citizens and businesses.
According to the published exchange rate for today, 1 euro is bought for 92.2 lek and sold for 93.3 lek.
Meanwhile, the US dollar is exchanged at 79.5 lek for purchase and 80.8 lek for sale.
Other major currencies are also presented at these levels:
Swiss franc: 97.7 lekë for buying and 99.4 lekë for selling. British pound: 107.5 lekë for buying and 108.8 lekë for selling. Canadian dollar: 57 lekë for buying and 58.2 lekë for selling.
